In building God honoring, Kingdom expanding church partnerships, we:
Foster relationship building to overcome barriers such as culture, language, and geography.
Create bridges that connect partnering church's ministries to allow for mutual growth, maturation, and encouragement.
Collaborate in supporting and sustaining ministry and poverty relief efforts under local leadership.
Operate from a foundation of equality between directors, boards, and partnered churches.

Meekness ความนอบน้อม
We believe that meekness, in it’s biblical understanding, is an integral posture in cultivating healthy and holistic partnership relationships. When partners are coming together in meekness, choosing vulnerability through sacrificial selflessness, all parties can flourish and grow, while God is honoured.
Some biblical characters that modeled meekness for us are: Moses, Joseph, Esther, David, Jeremiah, Paul, Peter, and Jesus. We invite our community to pursue and embody meekness.

Mutuality การเป็นกันและกัน
In all healthy partnership, mutuality exists. The early church in Acts is a great model to us in how radical generosity created a growing community that embodied mutuality. Each new church entered into a collective of Christ followers that died to self in order to support one another. Mutuality is the commissioning of our discipleship calling to live for others, to love and serve one another. We seek to cultivate relationships where there is opportunity to respond to another’s need, as well as share your need for another to help with, whether spiritual, emotional, intellectual, or physical.

Boldness is embodied by so many important biblical characters. Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Esther, Samuel, David, the prophets, Ananias, Stephen. Our faithfulness to Christ is worked out in displaying our faith in bold ways. Whether it’s believing in seemingly impossible situations, or risking much for the Spirit’s promptings, we desire to step towards God’s leading in a spirit of boldness.

Whether we are facilitating and fostering partnership relationships, or engaging in ministry in our communities, we rely on creativity that is inspired by God to do or build something that doesn’t exist yet. We love to see how partnerships sharing their values and experiences can inspire creativity to contextualize those values or ministry ideas into something valuable for the other.
Creativity propels us towards where God is calling us. Every day organizations, churches, believers rely on creativity to build, develop, and grow things that don’t exist but one day will. We reflect the creator when we embody creativity.

In healthy partnerships, we enter into our relationship with the perspective of equality. We understand the truth that all of humanity is created in the image of God, and that fact shows our inerrant value. As children of God, through our unity in Christ, we lift one another up and value one another. When we can look upon each other’s worldviews and perspectives with openness, we can learn from one another and grow together despite our differences by sharing in what we have. The lack of equity will erode trust, limit personal growth and slow Kingdom growth. We encourage partners to listen well before casting judgment, to embrace the uncomfortable moments of not fully understanding something but allowing God to teach through those moments. We honor God when we honor one another.

As servants of Christ, God has commissioned us, and gives us callings and assignments. Faithful servants will respond through their allegience to complete their assignment (Noah, Paul, Timothy, etc.)
When everyone is responsible for the roles God assigns us, we will work together as a cohesive unit towards fulfilling our collective calling of glorifying God and reconciling the world to Himself. We value a community that encourages one another to stay faithful and flourish in their responsibilities. God is worthy of our loyalty and faithfulness.
We are not jealous of our different assignments, but rather we cherish our differing roles and look at our place as part of a larger collective impact.
